Dr Arambage treated me for endometriosis in Nuffield Hospital last November 2020 from which I had been suffering for several years. My condition was very urgent. It was a very complex operation, which he conducted with the utmost professionalism and care. He was very supportive and explained everything in detail before and after the operation. I really felt I was in good hands, which gave me a lot of confidence and calm before and after the operation. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who needs not only a doctor, but also a person who cares about their patients. your super doctor thank you so much for everything Clea Flausino

I had surgery for a total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo oopherectomy (for PMDD), large fibroid (melon sized) removal, endometriosis and adhesions from previous surgeries, four weeks ago now. Mr Arambage is the best consultant I have ever seen, he has literally saved my life. He listened to all my concerns with patience, understanding and genuine concern, with a real interest in helping to ease my symptoms. He also made the time to include my husband in discussions and answered all his concern. He spent time with me pre and post surgery talking me through the procedure, again with patience. The surgery itself went smoothly and recovery has been quick. I cannot actually put into words how grateful I am to him to get my life back. He is a master surgeon and true gentleman. All correspondence went though his secretary Fiona, she has also been amazingly helpful caring and understanding. He has a very good support team and I would recommend Mr Arambage whole heartedly.

I recently had surgery (fibroid removal) performed by Mr Arambage and he and his team were great throughout. I was initially very nervous, as a previous unsuccessful attempt had been made (by a different surgeon) to remove the fibroid which had left me in quite a lot of pain afterwards. However from my first meeting with Mr Arambage he reassured me by listening carefully and answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. He carefully explained each stage of the process in detail, from diagnostic scans, the surgery, recovery and after-care which I found really helpful. I was also impressed by and grateful for the support of his P.A., Fiona, throughout the process, particularly as she contacted me the night before my surgery to check if I had any additional questions before my admission to hospital the next day.

I met Dr Arambage 2021 March. He’s very understanding and listens to the patient carefully. Before The surgery, Dr took his time to explain the procedure to me very clearly. I had to face a very complicated surgery (Laparoscopy to treat Endometriosis and Fibroids removal) and it was successful since I was with safe hands. Dr phoned my husband after the surgery and explained the outcome of the surgery. I would say Dr Kirana is the the best and the most Kind Dr I ever met in my life. I fell extremely lucky. Provide excellent care of my condition - endometriosis and other gynaecological issues. The pain has significantly reduced , I feel much better now, physically and mentally. Also I'm really thankful to Fiona (Secretory ) for all the help arranging my appointments and the letters requested, respond to the queries very quickly. I am extremely Thankful to Dr. Kirana and his team and strongly recommend his expertise.

Mr Arambage is a very kind, attentive, encouraging gentleman who listened to the goal I was trying to achieve - a laparoscopic myomectomy to remove multiple large fibroids. He was very honest with me every step of the way, he managed my expectations and I felt he had a genuine interest in helping me achieve my goal. He achieved the goal without the need to convert to an open procedure and made sure I was well cared for before discharge and had a post discharge care plan. I would highly recommend him.
