I had a three month follow up phone appointment with Mr Tan on the 3rd August having sent photographs to show how well my surgical wounds were healing. As always Mr Tan explained everything clearly and was happy to discuss my concerns over new lumps I had found and took the time to follow up on these the next day after I sent in new photographs. Although he explained that the lumps looked benign he said I could contact the plastic surgery department if I noted any changed which put my mind at ease. He also arranged a follow up appointment in sixth months to check on my original procedure and the healing of wounds. Mr Tan is a caring consultant who is very personable and who takes the time to listen. He really does make you feel you are getting the best quality treatment and care, which you are in his hands.
