From my initial consultation with Mr Malik, I was impressed with his clarification of my options and his probing me for any further questions I had. Once the knee operation was scheduled he was extremely diligent in keeping me abreast of “next steps”. I was, from the start, instilled with confidence in my decision to progress my operation under his care. Throughout my stay in hospital for the operation he stopped by several times to check on my progress and always wanted to know if there was any further questions I had. Even after being discharged, having visited me earlier that day, he showed a keen interest in how things were progressing at home and even callled me at home early one evening (unscheduled, 3 weeks after my procedure) just out of interest to see how I was feeling. He was by far the most caring and conscientious surgeon I have ever had to deal with. I am most happy to recommend him to any persons needing to undergo a similar procedure.
