I saw Dr Parma yersterday at St Richards Hospital. I was nervous before going in but Mr Parma was kind and understanding and really made me feel at ease. My examination was thorough and the next steps were explained to me clearly.

Mr Parmar is fine just as he is. (I appreciated very much that he didn't dismiss my interest in complementary medicine and natural health supplements but actually asked me about what I had used). What I find quite shocking and an absolute disgrace is that a highly qualified person like him should have to hand me a piece of paper and ask me to give feedback! That's the sort of thing I'd expect at a supermarket checkout. Perhaps you could have signs or posters in the waitingroom advising patients where to turn if they have a particular complaint or would like to praise someone..
