I had a total hip replacement on the 20th March. performed by the brilliant, Mr J Hutchinson. I really can't praise him enough. He is so caring but his skill and enthusiasm for surgery is just so impressive. At 5 weeks I am getting around better than I can ever remember and without pain or pills. Simply, remarkable. I was on the enhanced recovery program, which suited me. So only one night in hospital and then home the next day. A big thankyou for life changing surgery.
