The surgeon, Mr Hutchinson was very professional, very reassuring and caring at all stages, from my first consultation to my discharge, which was yesterday (25/4/19). It was not only him, but every member of his team gave me the same level of service and commitment. I am nearly 88 years old and it was very apparent he respected my age but wanted to give me the best quality of life I could have regardless of my age. He made me feel that I was an integral part of this process and not just another body for him to do his job on. Yesterday when he had a look at my knee, he was instantly delighted that the operation had been a great success and was positively beaming with pleasure for me that he had given me my life back. I am the third member of my family that he has operated on 2 hips and 1 knee, and if ever anyone from my family or friends had have to orthopaedic surgery I would recommend him 100%. I cannot thank him enough for giving me my life back without pain and very limited mobility.
