Grenville is a lovely understanding, patient man . Very laid back and informative . I had 1 assessment with him via video link , which lasted approximately 1hr 40min. The assessment was very in depth and was difficult for me , however I knew In order for Grenville to diagnose me properly it would have to be a detailed assessment . Grenville was patient and understanding the whole time . Very polite and considerate. Clearly a very intelligent man with plenty of knowledge and experience . He showed his duty of care with regards to my safety after the assessment also . . He told me his conclusion and the diagnosis at the end of the video call , then sent me a write up report 5 days later which I received via email and was password protected . The 11 page report was written well, very detailed and also easy to read. It contained all we discussed , information on the condition I suffer with , reasons for his diagnosis and treatment recommendations . My GP also praised him for the report . Grenville is happy to correspond with me whenever I require , however I made it clear before my assessment that I would only require the one assessment and further treatment etc would be being arranged through my GP , I didn’t feel forced into any follow up appointment/treatment which some private healthcare professionals do just for more money . This assessment was for myself to have a 2nd opinion following a government funded psychiatrist assessment which was very vague and did not include a diagnosis . Overall Grenville was worth every penny and should I need his assistance in the future I will for sure access him again. I have also recommend him to a friend who is having some struggles . Highly recommend
