I got referred to see Dr talawadekar with a torn bicep, with it having been torn 6month previous he had to graft a hamstring tendon to repair the bicep. He has done a fantastic job and would recommend him 100%.

After breaking my collarbone also tearing my ligaments away I could not have been luckier in finding this surgeon to treat me He booked me straight in for an operation the following day I have had literally no pain the scar that is there is so neat you barely see it He is very approachable and puts you at ease Answers any concerns you may have and also builds your confidence that this is going to be okay Also the nurses that play a big role in patients care could not have been more pleasant and helpful

Mr Talawadekar is an extremely approachable consultant with a very patient friendly manner, his upbeat personality is a joy and he is prepared to travel to Westmorland General which some consultants are reluctant to do. My shoulder operation was as good as I'd expected with excellent after care from him and his team. Many thanks.

Mr Talawadekar was prepared to operate on my broken humerous and dislocation when there were no other Drs available at Lancasters RLI. At Furness General he plated and inserted a screw to hold it in place. I had a brace for support and it is now off. He explained everything to me in detail and showed me scans of my break. He preformed excellent surgery with very quick wound healing. He accommodated my needs as I was going on holiday and needed a clinic appointed prior to holiday. I felt as if I had listened and fitted me in (even when I misunderstood the time of the appointment). Every person at FGH was kind, knowledgable and competent. I was delighted with the help from Mr Talawadekers secretary who was there for any problems. I would rccommend fully.
