Rhinoplasty - was left with scars on my septum as well as on the top of my nose. It's nearly been a year and I have been asked a few times if my nose has been broken as there is swelling still on the sides and bones sticking out where there shouldn't be. Do not recommend him at all! Surgery was rushed, my concerns post surgery were disregarded. Looking for another surgeon so fix all the mistake Mr Borghini made. I do regret having it done.

He was rushing probably because at THE Belverdre clinic where he now works tries to fit alot of people in and rush threw them all. i have been waiting for hours after my appointment was due. When i finally got in the room Mr. Borghini was not listening and was rushing. When i came out of surgery i was shocked at how small my breasts were. and finally now nearly a year after surgery im a small c cup and i was promised my size implants wouold get me to a big d cup. I felt conned out of £4000 and he wouldnt even do a revision for free or even give me a discount on fixing it.

I had a few consultations before seeing dr borghini through nu cosmetics and as strange as it sounds he made me laugh which in turn made me a lot more comfortable and listened to what I said but also gave his opinion I decided to go with dr borghini for my surgery. He is a really lovely man and could make the most nervous calm whilst still being professional. I had my surgery woke up he came and checked I was ok and checked his work before I went home m. I'm nearly 6 months post op I've had 6 check ups already and I'll be seeing him again soon and I'm in love with my results and my scars are that neat and small they are invisible until pointed out. I cannot recommend this man enough and I would Definately go back to have more surgery with him.

Mr Borghini was the third surgoen I meet and I instantly knew he was the one!! He was very friendly, funny, listened to what I wanted. In terms of the look I was going for. Consultation: it went very well, Mr Borghini suggested a size and after trying it I was not impressed so he suggested I tried on different sizes. After we agreed on a size and I had booked my op I decided I wanted bigger implants because I was worried I was not going to achieve at least a DD. He said he was not willing to go any bigger. Op day Admissions was at 6.30am at bridgewater hospital in Manchester. Mr Borghini came into my room to draw on my and make sure I was happy with everything we agreed, I signed the form and that was it!! The Staff were lovely and my surgery went very smooth. I can hardly remember what happened, one minute I was asked to come to the threatre and before I knew it I was back in my room and the nurse telling me I'm in recovery. Mr Borghini came to see me and reminded me not to do too much (I was up walking up and down the ward, holding my drains instead bedresting!! Lol) so I got back in bed until I was given the all clear... 5weeks post op; Mr Borghini checked out my scars took some pictures and gave me the all clear. During the appointment I said I wish he let me go bigger, but I think thats just in my nature of always wanting more. To be fair they disn't look that big to me but I was still VERY happy with my bOObs. 6weeks and measurements; I got measured at debenhams and the lady said I was a 30F.... I couldn't believe it!! I was pleasantly surprised and glad Mr Borghini didn't let me go any bigger. 7wks: So far I am loving the results of my BA and I'm glad I choose Mr Borghini because he is a very skilled surgoen and has made me a happy lady....
