I have complete faith in Mr Pereira as a neurosurgeon. My experiences with him have all been positive, and although having DBS was a somewhat daunting operation to say the least, he took me through it and I came out the other side. The after care I have received has been amazing second to nun.. I cannot rate the Doctors the Surgeons and the nursing specialists highly enough. Their enthusiasm is amazing, I have been very humbled by the whole ex[perience of being a patient at St Georges. I cannot rate Mr Pereira highly enough, and I should like to include the rest of my amazing team Dr Francesca Morgante, who is determined to get me leading a "normal" life, and CNS Alison Leake who is always at the end of a phone, and Dr Pavoire at whose suggestion started the whole operation!!!.
