Did not explain anything at all. Just mumbled statistics of recovery in 10 seconds so as not medically minded, did not ask relevant questions. When asked for recovery time after surgery was told about 10 days! basically left with unable to use left hand and told now that nerve recovery could take 12 to 18 months. As it was not urgent, and as a carer for my husband with Patkinson, this is a disaster, would he have taken time to explain I could have waited and organised help with social services for my husband while I recovered, as it is we have to late cancel holidays (should have left me plenty of time to reciver on first advice of time). I am aware that nerve recovery is different from size of cyst, age and health of patient, things he seems to have completely ignored in his 5 mins top consultation! It is a gun-ho approach which is cruel. Twice my husband almost fell and I was unable to help as the heatwave of June has taken a toll on his well being. So no I would not reccommend this person. He might be a brilliant surgeon but his people skills are non existant
