Outstanding. The doctor introduced himself and shook our hand. It is very unusual and so nice to have such a friendly and human welcoming. He was very professional. Another outstanding point was the contact details of his secretary he gave us in case something wrong would happen in the next weeks. It is important to have one referent point instead of a general number. Thank you!

What a wonderful experience meeting Mr Bodansky. One of the best consultants I have ever seen. He gave me a lovely welcome, explained clearly what my issue is, gave me a plan going forward and gave me the number of his secretary if I need to see him again. Fabulous experience. Thank you.

I attended clinic with my Mother today and had the pleasure of meeting David. From the get go I appreciated his acknowledgement of me as a support network and felt involved in the treatment plan. David carefully talked us through the timeline of surgery and spoke with knowledge and compassion for the situation. Having not attended Pembury for many years his professional and enthusiasm for patient care shone through and gave us great confidence that surgery was the right option for my Mum and that she would be taken carw of here. Thank you
