The doctor saw me out of normal clinic hours as l couldn’t make an appointment due to Christmas travel. Although l know this is out of usual practice and surely was an interruption to his day, he didn’t make it feel anything other than a pleasure in seeing me. He was personable, professional and his manner was open and friendly. He gave me all the information l required and answered all my questions with patience.
