I had bit old injury and ruptured ACL. I met Mr Gupte around 2 years back. He listened and advised wisely due to age constraint for ACL recon procedure and planning. I met his few more times before deciding on procedure and had few tests before hand. On the decided date for procedure - he had some doubt on my blood reports which he just got previous day so advised not to go for procedure before another tests or just go for menisectomy that day and then ahve all tests and meniscus healing to check and then to do ACL recon. I decided & went for menisectromy same day and then all tests before ACL recon after 2 months. All went well. Recovering (it may take upto 18 months with normal physio, rest and rehab). Will meet him now for other/right knee condition but highly recommended for his knowledge, skills, experience (doing average half a dozen knee surgeries like ACL recon at least every week for last few years) and being nice human being.
