As a doctor myself, I would highly recommend Mr Gupte to any colleague/patient after receiving treatment under his care. I have been having knee problems after suffering a complex meniscal tear and partial rupture of the ACL from a sporting injury. My injury led to needing time off from work and being unable to drive or participate in sport. I transferred to Mr Gupte's care after recommendation from an orthopaedic colleague as Mr Gupte is well renowned for his work in knee injuries. I transferred over to Mr Gupte's care after my first operation previously led to a re-tear of my meniscus and I required further surgery. Mr Gupte took so much care and time and I always felt I was in great hands. He was always truthful and realistic regarding return to sport/work and expectations on the outcome of my surgery which I really appreciated. In fact, what should have been a six-to-nine month recovery ended up requiring three months and the repair I had feels amazing now with no pain! My scar from arthroscopy is minimal and so much smaller than my previous scar it was hardly noticeable. My whole leg also feels so much more stable and in alignment after it was realised that my tears may be recurring due to an abnormal discoid meniscus. I am so pleased and I don't regret for a second having transferred over to Mr Gupte's care. I would definitely recommend!
