x354541.nhs4323093764. Mr Telgenkamp i am sorry i did not attend on the 19/9/19. This was because i had another appointment come through the post which was an earlier date and in Eastbourne hospital. I told my doctor on a visit i had for a infection and she told me to ignore the Conquest appointment and go to Eastboure. Again i am sorry but am now confused what is going on. Mark King
