Mr Telgenkamp performed EVLA at the Cooden Clinic last November on one of my legs which had varicose veins. Prior to November, my varicose veins made my leg feel heavy, gave me a dull ache in that leg, and made exercising uncomfortable. I put off seeking professional help regarding my varicose veins for several years for fear of surgery and intervention but my varicose veins deteriorated and became more uncomfortable so I sought help. A friend recommended the Cooden Clinic and I was very pleased with their recommendation. I received excellent service from all the team who made me feel as at ease as possible. I had a consultation with Mr Telgenkamp and his friendly, patient, confident, professional manner and reassurances gave me the confidence to go ahead with the operation. During the procedure, Mr Telgenkamp and his colleague were both very patient, calm, and professional with me while I wriggled around and expressed my discomfort.
