Mr Ali Salih was absolutely brilliant..I wasn't to receive good news but I found he was very gentle understanding and very kind . He more than I grew times checked I was ok and made sure I could ask any questions I needed to..I certainly did not feel rushed or just a number. I've seen him twice so far and look forward to my ongoing circumstance with him. Thank you very much
