Mr Salih has a very kind and gentle manner. He was very understanding of the emotional and practical issues surrounding breast cancer. He went out of his way to arrange a suitable operation date to enable me to still attend my daughters wedding in Canada before surgery. He always explained everything very clearly and was willing to answer any questions. Working alongside the BCN Helen they put our minds at rest at every stage. Helen was very patient and knowledgeable always making sure that we understood fully everything Mr Salih had told us. Every time I had reason to call the clinic my query was dealt with very quickly and with great understanding and kindness. I am very grateful to Mr Salih and his team at the clinic for everything they have done for me and my family at what has been a very emotional time.
