Dr Salih was very reassuring to my mother when discussing her results, even though the news was concerning. He gave clear explanations of each option available, using drawings to help. He did not hurry us and took time to elaborate on any points we raised, showing great knowledge of the subject. His whole demeanour was calm and reassuring, which gave us confidence in reaching a decision on treatment.
