Mr Salih made sure we were comfortable and at ease. He explained to my wife the results of all the tests that had been undertaken and the proposed action. This was done very clearly and in a reassuring manner. He went on to explain the operation procedure in detail and the options that could be undertaken as the result of further tests during the operation. Mr Salih concluded by asking us if there were any further questions we had and left us in the care of the practice nurse. We left the consultation completely reassured with absolute confidence in Mr Salih.
