This was not about looking thinner it was about getting rid of the bulge that showed through my clothing. No gym class or diet was ever going to sort this out. I had an abdominoplasty to sort out this problem. Dr El Gawad was very helpful and very honest about what needed to be done. I felt very comfortable dealing with him and was amazed that Mr EL Gawad contacted me directly. The staff were professional and caring and the anaesthetist was extremely well qualified, very confident and knowledgeable. Mr El Gawad and all the staff were lovely. Review from Dolly Tonge Reviewed 24 Feb 2017 "Has kept in touch everyday since my plastic surgery" "I had a gastric bypass surgery 13 years ago and lost 7 stones. Due to weight loss I had loose skin. I started researching for a plastic surgeon to carry out lower body lift. I contacted Mr Al Gawad June 2016 , spoke to him on phone explained what surgery I required, he went through over the phone explaining how the surgery worked. I than waited till December 2016 when I arranged a consultation. Mr Al Gawad understood what I wanted and explained how the surgery would work. Initially I wanted a lower body lift but after my consultation I changed my mind to full muscle repair , tummy tuck , breast augmentation & arm lift. Once all agreed I was booked in for surgery on 15 February 2017 at Pall Mall Clinic in Newton-le-Willows. All the staff where very friendly and nurses really looked after me at the clinic. I was fully explained about the surgery by Mr Al Gawad. I stayed a night at the hospital and came home the next day. Mr Al Gawad has kept in touch everyday since my surgery. I went last Wednesday for my post operation check up and was amazed to see what miracle Mr Al Gawad had performed. If you are reading this review which means you are seriously looking to have some sort of plastic surgery, well in which case I can highly recommend Mr Al Gawad and his fantastic team." Review from Jessica Reviewed 06 Jan 2017 "Already looks a lot better" "I had a labiaplasty under local anaesthetic and I am still recovering and waiting to see the final result after the swelling has gone but it already looks a lot better. Mr El Gawad was very professional and made sure my expectations were realistic while reassuring me at the same time. The surgery was over very quickly and I went home about an hour afterwards. The pain had subsided by the next morning and Mr El Gawad and the staff have kept in touch to make sure recovery goes smoothly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering this type of surgery. I chose Pall Mall because of its convenient location in Manchester and the free consultation offer on RealSelf. I had two consultations in total, one in Manchester and one in Liverpool and they were both easy to organize and informative. The facilities are excellent and staff are very lovely and quick to get back to you. Dr Gawad put me at ease and his team was amazing as well. Prior surgery they contacted me on different occasions to check upon me and answer any question I may have. surgery went well. I was very pleased with the result. Right now I'm on the 2nd day recovering at home. I will give more review when I see him again for post op appointment. The clinic was very clean. During my consultation he made me feel very at ease and comfortable and he explained all procedures to me, both myself and my husband felt relaxed around him and confident about his work. My surgery went very well and right away I was amazed and very happy with the results. It has been nearly 2 weeks since my surgery and I am recovering wonderfully, I have experienced hardly any pain at all and Mr El Gawad has kept in touch throughout. I cannot fault him and do not have enough nice things to say about him, I would most certainly recommend him and should I need any further surgery I will most definitely go to him. I have to say that his nurse Michelle has been of a great help staying in touch with me too, again providing great personal treatment to myself. The pall mall clinic that I stayed at was lovely, all the nurses and staff who dealt with me were very welcoming and the room and equipment was very clean and comfortable."
