I'm 28 and always wanted a breast enlargement iv always been so self-conscious as I was an A cup and after 2 children they were just like a droop looked like a cow udder. I always wore them 2 sizes bigger bras work wonders they do but once the bra is off it's a total disappointment. I had a few consultations with different consultants but Dr Gawad won hands down he made me feel comfortable and understood exactly what I wanted, I went to a D but as he says don't look at the size on the implant, I just tried different size implants in a bra at the final consultation before op and chose the one I was happy with Which I thought was a great idea! I'm nearly 4 weeks on after the op all healed back to normal activity and the incision under my boob is so neat and minimal I know it will be near enough invisible a few months on. He even came to see me after-theatre to check on me before I was sent home and I received a get well soon bouquet of flowers sent by he's lovely assistant Rachel - such a lovely touch I never expected! I have had my post app everything great and will see him again in 3 months. I no it's so many people's dream and not everyone can afford it but the finance options are affordable if you don't have the lump sum - which I didn't! I can't stop looking down and seeing that I now actually have boobs! It's amazing! Dr Gawad changed my life & he is an amazing & talented surgeon I would recommend him to everyone!
