Review from Alison Round Reviewed 01 Apr 2017 "From the start I had excellent care" "I have wanted a breast reduction for many years and did a lot of research to find the right surgeon for me. From the start I had an excellent first impression of Dr EL-Gawad. He was professional, realistic about the surgery and results and had a lovely bedside manner. In the end I had two procedures with him. Firstly a huge hernia repair with abdomoplasty and recently a breast reduction. It's very early days in my recovery, having smaller breasts is already such a relief. I no longer have the heavy weight pulling on my shoulders or neck. Dr EL-Gawad puts your safety first. Making the right decision not to combine both surgeries. My abdomoplasty has healed well with a very low, neat scar which will be hidden by the smallest bikini. He also was very accommodating by doing some tweaks (lipo) above the ends of my scar to flatten it more. After both operations, he contacted me very regularly at home to see how I was and I was free to have as many follow ups as I felt I needed. Very reassuring. Overall I would highly recommend Dr EL-Gawad and I am considering eye lid surgery with him in the future. A beautiful clinic more like a boutique hotel. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. All theatre staff were kind and out me at ease at what can be a very nervous time. The nurses whilst highly professional are very caring, and friendly with a great sense of humour.
