welcoming and friendly, didn’t feel rushed at all and answered all my questions. really appreciated the time she took to explain everything to me and the nurse who was there too (i forgot her name but was lovely!)

The dr apologised for running late. She was able to validating my feelings about my experiences of having the coil insertion. She put my mind at ease whilst checking the coil and provide further advice which was very helpful.
