Dr Moldovan rang me alot earlier than my planned schedule appointment and she went through all my health issues individually and was really helpful. Hoping this will carry on through my health issues till I'm feeling better. So far so good.

Dr Moldovan, caring attitude, the keyboard whilst typing maybe interfered with her ability to hear, I found it hard at times due to this. Otherwise I found her caring, interested in my issue, and she listened to me which is of utmost importance to the patient. Thank you

This was a Telephone Consultation. I found her introduction calming, and she was easy to converse with. She gave me advice, and later forwarded information which, hopefully, will assist my recovery. I can think of nothing that would have improved our meeting. I would say, as an aside, possibly unwelcome, that when I was given this appointment (12.12.21- Ellie) it was for a Medication Review concerning my Blood Pressure! Hopefully that will come.

The doctor took the time out to explain her reasons for her decision of whether medication is needed. This was quite reassuring for me as a parent to know the reasons, to know what to look out for in my child if things get worse, and when to seek help. The doctor really listened to my concerns as well without any interruptions and I felt like she was genuinely interested, not just trying to see me out within the allocated time slot. She was also really fab with my toddler who really liked being examined and getting a sticker!
