Finally after days of trying to get help from the surgery but getting no where , I phoned 111 for the second time Dr Moldovan from the surgery phoned me back a few hours later . She listened and realised the pain I had been living in . She has put in motions referral for my damaged knee and I now feel I am actually getting help and support. She spent time explaining things and listened to my concerns and made me feel like a was a person not a statistic. I would definitely recommend her .

Dr Eliza was lovely to deal with, listened well to what the problem was and explained in depth how to treat it and also sent through informative information for us to have on records. Was a very nice person and the best doctor I have had in a while, would 10/10 recommend.
