Greeted at reception with a smile which was very welcoming. Very kind to myself and to my son, great listener, thorough examination of my son with good explanations. Just overall a great GP, we was very very lucky to have the Dr Moldovan as our GP on the day we visited the surgery.

As you see above I can’t fault the care given to me by Dr Moldovan. The process of to see her was a different matter. I have just completed another survey about the appointment making process but the questions asked don’t give provision for elaborating on the frustrations of long waits on the phone or econsultations which don’t lead to appointments. I think it took me 3 weeks to get to actually see a Dr. As my condition is in the genital area there was no way I would send a photo & an initial phone consultation with a nurse on 25th March did not diagnose the problem .
