Very understanding and empathetic- actually have advice and explained why she was giving this advice. Previous two doctors spoken to for this issue gave (in my opinion) generic and bad advice that did not solve the problem. Eliza clearly knows how to treat children and would rather go for another option before plying the child with antibiotics that was not needed. Terrible service from thorndike but Eliza was wonderful.

I felt like dr Moldovan listened to me today and didn’t make me feel like I wasting her time. She is sending me for blood test and a scan and they are all happening in the next 2 weeks all at the surgery which is great! Thank you
