Anytime l speak with Dr Moldovan, she treats me as a person not a number. She doesn’t rush me on, or brush over my concerns. She also takes the time to explain what is going on with my body, discusses the treatment and asks if l can get on board with the treatment. My suggestion has to do with aftercare, which might be a NHS practice as l see it happening everywhere. If there could be follow ups to be checked on how progress is being made, rather than waiting for a patient to come in with another step or health issue.
