I llogged my concern via the website Dr. Moldovan got in contact that day. We had a brief telephone consultation and I saw her that afternoon. She gave lots of suggestions and listened to my concerns. The appointment was for my son and she made him feel at ease. She agreed to call me once the test results were back. Next week she rang, sadly the results had been misplaced, but prescribed ointment anyway, as problem was still there. I got in contact again a few weeks later, as the ointment had helped, but issue not completely gone. She was very patient and reassuring and suggested I continue to persevere, but also offered for us to come back and have a new swab taken, if I felt that was necessary. I declined this as her suggestions made sense. The issue has now gone.
