14th September 2022

Spoke to the Doctor for 19 minutes. Although very pleasant she got the dates of my blood test wrong and read the 2018 results, saying I did not have an infection. The bloods were taken on the 4th September 2022 and the GP at A&E indicated I had an infection. After she realised she was wrong she did apologise. The Doctor also requested a paramedic to come to my home to check my vitals on the 14th September, this has not occurred yet. Finally, I was told I could not come to the surgery for bloods as I had a temperature, even though I confirmed I had taken a Covid test that day which was negative. Is this a new NHS policy, cannot be seen with a temperature. My wife works in the NHS at Imperial and was completely shocked on this policy. Considering I am on clinical vulnerable list with a lung condition the level of care has been shocking. I had to go to A&E to get a blood test as the previous GP did not suggest it was necessary.
