Finally after days of trying to get help from the surgery but getting no where , I phoned 111 for the second time Dr Moldovan from the surgery phoned me back a few hours later . She listened and realised the pain I had been living in . She has put in motions referral for my damaged knee and I now feel I am actually getting help and support. She spent time explaining things and listened to my concerns and made me feel like a was a person not a statistic. I would definitely recommend her .
