Had an urgent same day telephone appointment. Dr Moldovan was very efficient in her history taking and the advice given. Despite the current pressures of general practice, I did not feel rushed and had my questions answered. She generated an electronic prescription immediately which I was able to collect from my chosen pharmacy. The appointment was followed by a text message with useful links to further information. A positive experience.
