I attended Dr Kochhar's clinic on Sunday morning to have a 'subcutaneous horn' removed from my neck. Both Dr Kochhar and nurse Gill were very welcoming and put me at my ease. The Dr explained the procedure at each stage and was both cheerful and pleasant throughout, making sure I was comfortable. It was completely painless and nothing to worry about. The whole appointment took very little time and I'm now booked to have stitches removed on Saturday morning in a new skin clinic with nurse Sam. I am very happy to recommend Dr Kochhar, her clinic and Pebsham Surgery . I have received great care, Thankyou.

I cannot praise Dr Kochar enough. When you request a call she always rings-she will see you to discuss the problem and then follow up as necessary. Today-a Sunday- I have attended her clinic to have a small surgery carried out. She is always kind, efficient and friendly. She obviously loves her job and is dedicated to reducing waiting times Another friend was seen recently on a Saturday. You never are made to feel that your call or visit was unnecessary. Very grateful for the service we receive.

Following referral by a GP for a sebaceous cyst I was examined in due course by Dr Kochhar who explained what had occurred and why these things happen. This explanation was in terms that I could understand, a recommended course of action put forward. She explained in detail what was involved in the excision procedure. The operation was carried out 2 weeks after the initial consultation. The team were friendly and professional at all times. I felt 'looked after'. Apart from the wait time for the initial consultation I was really impressed by the whole experience.
