Dr Kochhar is friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. She remembered me from 6 years ago and made me and my husband both feel completely at ease while she examined both of us in turn, looking at and identifying every dodgy mole we had worried about. She explains everything clearly and concisely, is warm and kind whilst being totally professional. It is a pleasure to be seen by her. Thank you Dr Kochhar, you made our day.

I emailed Dr Kochhar my concern, it was slightly related to a past issue which she had managed superbly a few years ago. Within a very reasonable time frame, Dr Kochhar called me, on the morning it was told me she would and we spoke about my issue which happens to be about dermatology. I have spoken with other health professionals but none of their suggestions were working so I thought to myself, I know who will know what to do! She assessed me on the telephone but wanted to confirm her thoughts by seeing me in person which she did, the same day. I find her very knowledgeable, personable and she explains everything to my satisfaction. She also recommends further reading around the topic for when I get home.
