I emailed Dr Kochhar my concern, it was slightly related to a past issue which she had managed superbly a few years ago. Within a very reasonable time frame, Dr Kochhar called me, on the morning it was told me she would and we spoke about my issue which happens to be about dermatology. I have spoken with other health professionals but none of their suggestions were working so I thought to myself, I know who will know what to do! She assessed me on the telephone but wanted to confirm her thoughts by seeing me in person which she did, the same day. I find her very knowledgeable, personable and she explains everything to my satisfaction. She also recommends further reading around the topic for when I get home.
