Dr Kochhar was professional and supportive during my first appointment with her, listening to my concerns and taking the time to explain everything to me. It was a pleasure to have a dermatology clinic in the local community, preventing a lengthy trip to one of our local hospitals with the inevitable parking problems (and expense). It avoided the stress of finding my way around a large hospital and sitting in crowded waiting areas. The whole appointment felt relaxed and personalised. We need more clinics like this, in order to restore patients' faith in the NHS!
