I attended Pebsham Surgery following a referral from my usual surgery (the same group practice) because Dr Kochhar specialised in dermatological conditions and my GP wanted a second opinion. Dr Kochhar was immediately able to identify a minor incidence of Chodrodermatitis Nodularis Helicis and proposed removal and 'punch biopsy', which I was glad to accept. Dr Kochhar had access to my records and noted that i had not attended for a 'well man' check in 5 years. On taking my blood pressure, she confirmed that it was slightly raised, asked me to acquire a monitor, take readings for a week and submit them. I was offered and appointment for treatment, which I was glad to accept. Dr Kochhar reviewed our first meeting in brief but accurate detail. She had an assistant and the procedure was completed with minimum fuss. I was delighted with the care I received and also the way I was treated at the surgery. On each occasion there was a different receptionist but I was always met with a smile and a very courteous, respectful manner. I very much appreciated the sense of care and attention which was shown by all staff at Pebsham surgery.
