I was very nervous about my procedure. Dr Kandikattu made me feel at ease before I went into theatre. He spoke to me continuously throughout the procedure (3 steroid injections with pre numbing injections)explaining every step throughout and constantly asking me if I was ok during the procedure. I felt no pain whatsoever just a bit of a twinge and he saw me grimace a bit and topped up my pain relief immediately. I couldn’t believe it when the procedure was over as I had heard some horror stories about steroid jabs (not with him of course)and couldn’t thank him enough.
