I am 70 and have chronic arthritis and PMR. I am taking Methotrexate and reducing in steroids and have a weekly pain patch too . So pleased to have been directed to a most pleasant Doctor. Kandikattu for the first time through my GP and he has made a big difference in reducing major pain points in my neck and back through targeted injections, which were not painful and certainly worth having. He explained everything clearly on first consultation and gave me a through examination, taking a detailed history. Thereafter the procedure where Dr. K was reassuringly checking on my welfare and finally a visit where I gave my update sharing how I felt the injections had helped? It was stated if ever I needed to come back just go through my GP again. I went away knowing for my part, as discussed, that I should exercise sensibly within my limitations along with physiotherapy where necessary to help myself. I am glad I went and sleep the better for it.
