Mr Kandikattu couldn’t have been more caring or kind.Being an older person with hearing difficulties he patiently and kindly reassured me and during the procedure he was constantly asking if I was ok and any problems ,just speak and he would stop. The nursing care and team assisting Mr Kandikattu were equally caring and made me feel at ease during the procedure.The little touches of using my Christian name ( having first asked my permission) all helped relieve the stress of the procedure.I have to return in six weeks for the remaining injections and I feel quite relaxed having such good care.
