I had been informed by other patients that the pain relief injections into my back/spine would be very painful, however this for me was not the case. Mr Kandikattu was so attentive and gentle when injecting I had no or very little discomfort throughout the whole procedure.The team he worked with were also very good and very reassuring. Mr Kandikattu informed me at every stage what he was about to do so I felt relaxed and safe during the process. I would highly recommend him again to anyone, his bedside manner is second to none, I did not feel like a dartboard or just a lump of meat on the table. He actively listened to what I said and acted upon it, I honestly felt a part of the team taking an active role in my own care. Well done all round.
