I have just got back from my procedure and the whole experience was so much better than expected. I was quite nervous when I arrived as never had the procedure before. The nurses where very friendly and helped me to relax. Dr kandikattu came and explained the procedure and all the way through told me what he was doing and kept asking how I was feeling. If I experienced the slightest discomfort he stopped what he was doing and gave me more local. The whole procedure was relaxed and as pain free as possible. The nurses talked to me as well to relax me. I can't recommend this team and Dr kandikattu highly enough. Thank you very much.
