On meeting Dr Kandikattu in clinic, I was extremely impressed by how he listened to my symptoms and then provided his view and explanation, including showing me skeletal diagrams to enhance the explanation. He repeatedly ensured that I understood him and was happy with the explanation and recommendation for treatment. I underwent nerve block injections in theatre and Dr Kandikattu again explained the procedure thoroughly beforehand and throughout the procedure ensured that I wasn't feeling any pain. He is extremely personable and friendly and really put me at ease and I am extremely happy that he is treating me and confident that he can help me to improve my chronic pain.
