Yesterday was my second visit to Boston West Hospital to see Dr Kandikattu for pain management. He explained the next procedure in depth, which eases the thought of having injections into the lower back area, and I now understand how this will be done. Continuing with exercise until injection day was explained in the management of this pain, and I feel I was treated in an honest and sympathetic way. He was a good listener to my concerns.
