Reviews
The doctor was very rude towards me and keep telling me that I was waisting his time, this doctor has no manners and I do not want to be seen by him again. Regards
I am so sorry you felt this way. This is my first negative review and I really hope you will consider contacting me at the practice so we can discuss this further so that I can learnt and improve from your experience. I genuinely do believe that even if any healthcare professional perspective views an issue as “trivial/minor”, it can be a major problem or concern from a patient perspective and needs to be addressed. So I cannot recall telling any patient that anything is a waste of my time, although I may say something is not urgent if dealing with on-call issues. If this is the impression I left you, then I am truly sorry and I hope your next experience at the practice is a more positive. one.
The Doctor listened to all my concerns respectfully and advised accordingly.
Glad you felt that way. Thank you.
Very lovely polite manner, I left having felt listened to.

Wow! I am really touched by your feedback which has made my day. I am not sure I deserve all your positive comments but thank you!
Dr Vijay is considerate, professional and caring. He followed through promptly after my ultrasound scan and was able to offer a helpful advice over the phone about the next course of action.
Thank you
