Had a telephone consultation with Dr Vijay. He took the time to explain my test results, so I understood them and also generated and informed me of the different options that are available to me. He is kind. Thank you very much Doctor.

I'm glad you found the telephone consultation helpful. I do use the telephone as much as possible for follow-up/explaining results as I appreciate it can reduce delay/anxiety waiting to discuss results and it can save patients taking time off work etc to attend a face-to-face appointment. However telephone consultations do not work well for all situations so please always feel comfortable to mention if you do not really understand what is being said!
