I contacted the surgery about an MRI scan/result conducted at another hospital at a late hour and Dr. Vijay responded promptly and went over and above by booking in appointments urgently and providing useful information.I felt re-assured following his contact which he subsequently followed up by advising of additional steps I need to take. I am extremely grateful for his help and guidance. I have been a patient at other surgeries but have to say the level of care and attention shown by Dr. Vijay and generally all the doctors and nurses at his GP surgery is always exceptional.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I decided we needed to give you a tailored approach to your situation to avoid further delays and frustration whilst chasing secondary care. By the way, I don't think of Cloister Road Surgery as "my surgery" but rather "our surgery", which is a collobaration between patients and all staff. I hope it all goes well with the imaging test.
