I may not deserve the credit! I lead on NHS Health Checks ("Proactive care") at this practice (and also have a role encouraging this across all practices in Ealing). This may explain why I am particularly on the look out for when they have not been done! Early detection of issues can help reduce the risk of developing future health problems.
